Lisa Pruitt
Lisa Pruitt is a co-founder of Girls With the Goods and firmly believes that convenience should be just as stylish as it is smart. With a knack for spotting opportunities and bringing big ideas to life, Lisa helps lead the vision behind the brand—an upscale, modern take on vending that delivers thoughtfully curated essentials exactly where people need them.
When she’s not helping grow Girls With the Goods, Lisa is a registered nurse with years of experience in pediatric and neonatal critical care transport and consulting. She is known nationally for her leadership, problem-solving, and passion for building programs that support high-performing teams.
Outside of work, Lisa’s life is powered by two busy kids who keep her running between sports fields, a new puppy who’s quickly become the family’s unofficial mascot, and a full social calendar. She and her husband love hosting friends and family, traveling whenever they can, and winding down with a good Netflix binge after a busy day. Whether she’s planning the next business move or the next backyard gathering, Lisa believes the best ideas—and the best memories—often start with good people and a little bit of fun.

Christy Spivey
Christy is a co-founder of Girls With the Goods and brings creativity, style, and big-picture thinking to the team. With a background as a boutique buyer, aesthetician and jewelry designer, she has a talent for recognizing quality, presentation, and products people truly enjoy. Her personal style gives her a unique perspective when it comes to curating items that feel both thoughtful and elevated.
A natural visionary, Christy thinks big and is always looking ahead to what’s next. She brings a strong sense of possibility to the business and is passionate about helping shape the long-term growth and expansion of Girls With the Goods.
Outside of the business, Christy has been happily married for over 30 years and is a devoted dog mom who loves spending time with her four-legged companion. She’s also a cherished friend, proud godmother, and loving aunt who values meaningful relationships and making time for the people she cares about most. Whether she’s exploring new ideas for the business or enjoying life’s simple luxuries, Christy brings warmth, loyalty, and a great sense of style to everything she does.

Melissa Von Tersch
Melissa is a co-founder of Girls With the Goods and brings organization, creativity, and a thoughtful eye for detail to the team. An Arizona native, she proudly earned her master’s degree from Northern Arizona University and spent many years working as both an English teacher and librarian, where she combined her love of literature with a passion for helping students discover the joy of reading.
Now retired from teaching, Melissa channels that same energy and attention to detail into helping grow Girls With the Goods.
When she’s not working on the business, Melissa enjoys life with her husband and their three wonderful kids, who keep the family calendar full with their club-level sports and activities. Life in her house moves fast, but she thrives on the energy and excitement of cheering them on from the sidelines.
A natural organizer who loves creating order out of chaos, Melissa finds peace in tidy spaces, a well-planned schedule, and the simple joy of a good book. She has a big heart for animals and shares her home with an English Goldendoodle and a pet tortoise, proving her love for creatures of all kinds. If she ever gets a quiet moment, you’ll most likely find her curled up reading—she’d happily choose a great novel over a movie any day.
